FAQs
Read through our more frequently asked questions, or give us a call on 01675 465462.
Are roof lanterns noisy?
Fortunately, our lanterns are made with 24mm double glazing, which is much more soundproof than something like polycarbonate. Speak with our team if you have any questions.
What sizes are these roof lanterns?
We provide roof lanterns that are between 750mm and 1000mm in width.
How do I measure the roof lantern?
Each roof lantern will need a kerb of 150mm x 70mm (h x w) to fit around the opening. The waterproofing membrane then sits on the top face of the kerb.
It’s important to note that the dimensions of every lantern are always measured to the external face of the mandatory timber kerb.
What ventilation options do you have?
This roof lantern comes with roof vents which can be fitted with a manual or automatic opener. We also provide roof vents with automatic openers, rain sensors, and temperature control. Give your customers the options for bespoke lanterns today.
