Performance Engineering
The Ultrasky Flat Skylight combines strong aluminium frames with edge to edge glass for a contemporary look.
This skylight is 50% faster to fit than our competitors. With a precision click-fit installation process, we ensure a quick fit the first time.
There are no fiddly trims, which help your installation times.
In addition to our range of RAL colours, we also offer bespoke sizes for the Ultrasky for every homeowner.
We have options for clear and blue glazing, which make it possible for you to offer customers a reduction in solar glare.
The welded kerb and skylight can be installed together, to save time.
Minimalist Designs
Recessed skylights provide a stylish and minimalist design for the modern homeowner. Even heritage homes can be updated with a flat skylight to improve the lighting within. These skylights achieve sleek looks with the aluminium surround that’s bonded to the glass.
You can find these skylights in sizes as small as 600mm x 600mm, or as large as 1200mm x 12000mm.
The U-value of the glass is only 1.0 W/m2K. The clear glass has a G-value of 0.5, while blue glass has a G-value of 0.3.
The outer layer of glazing is made of 6mm toughened Opti Neutral glass. Or 16mm Argon filled cavity with a warm edge spacer.
The inner layer is comprised of 4mm or 6mm high performance glass. The width of this low E toughened glass is dependent on the size of the skylight.
You don't have to worry about extra flashing around the frame with the Ultrasky Flat Skylight's waterproof kerb that provides a seal.
Create a unique aesthetic opportunity with edge to edge glass.

FAQs
Read through our most frequently asked questions, or give us a ring on 01675 465462.
What type of skylights are these?
These flat skylights are fixed rather than ventilated. Fixed skylights can deliver low U-values and better insulation than ventilated ones.
What is the kerb width and height?
This rooflight allows a timber kerb width of 80mm, and a minimum height of 150mm at the lowest point. Kerb pitch must be 4°.
Is the glass walk-on?
No, unfortunately, these rooflights are not designed to be walked on.
I plan to use this flat skylight in applications over 5m: is there anything I must do?
The Ultraframe Flat Skylight is designed to meet current British Standards. However, if you are planning to use it in applications over 5m, then you must laminate the glass. This also applies for applications less than 5m over swimming pools or other bodies of water.
You may need to carry out a risk assessment, to confirm that this doesn’t provide additional risk to those below the rooflight.
